Welcome to Walnut Creek Estates a 5-phase development in Miami County, Kansas, with 78 home sites on 400 acres. Over 75 acres have been reserved for parkland, trails, and a 7-acre lake that is stocked for fishing.
Most lots in the development have access to the common access trail system consisting of over five (5) miles of trail area for walking and horseback riding. Quality schools in the area include: Sunflower Elementary School, Paola Middle School, and Paola High School. Underground utilities are provided by KCPL, Rural Water District No. 2, MoKan Dial telephone, and Sewer Benefit District No. 3. Homes Association dues include trash pickup and maintenance of common areas. |

Walnut Creek Estates holds a regular annual meeting of all members in November of each year. The Board of Directors meets at least 4 times each year. Social events are scheduled as they are planned.

Our DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE assures that all proposed uses and any construction or alteration of any structure which takes place on any Lot or to any Living Unit or any other property affected by the Declaration shall be performed in conformity with these covenants and restrictions and the "Design Standards and Procedures for Single Family Construction" at Walnut Creek Estates. Our SOCIAL COMMITTEE welcomes new neighbors with a gift basket and implements ideas for social gatherings to enhance the enjoyment of the neighborhood including an annual Halloween hayride and party.
